Visiting Baldwin

We are a school that celebrates the value of both work and play so that even as we prepare girls for their bright futures, we also appreciate childhood and adolescence as special moments which should not be rushed.

Applicant Visit Days

We look forward to showcasing our campus and introducing you to our community. We will begin our applicant student visits beginning in early October. Once your application has been received, Alexandra Colagreco, Manager of Enrollment Events and Student Visit Experience will contact you to schedule your visit.

Campus Tours
We look forward to hosting you on our historic and spacious 25-acre campus and introducing you to our community. Spring is a great time to visit Baldwin during the school day to see our students and programs in action! Personal tours are offered on a daily basis by appointment only. Please reach out directly to Alex Colagreco, Manager of Enrollment Events and Student Visit Experience, to schedule your visit and for more information.

Transportation Options

  • Campus Parking

    Upper School students of legal age with a valid driver’s license may choose to drive to Baldwin. Baldwin provides limited on and off campus parking.  Parking permits may be purchased for $25 and are good for one year.
  • Public Transportation

    The Baldwin School is conveniently located just one block from SEPTA’s Bryn Mawr train station, with service from Paoli-Thorndale through Philadelphia.  Baldwin can also be reached by SEPTA Bus 105, providing service from 69th Street Station in Upper Darby to Ardmore and Paoli.  The bus stops at the corner of Lancaster Avenue and Bryn Mawr Avenue, a three block walk to the Baldwin campus.  Find schedules at www.septa.org.
  • School District Resources

    Many families are pleased to discover that their local school district will provide busing services for their daughters. Below is a list of school districts and their requirements.

    Families living in Center City Philadelphia are encouraged to utilize Precious Cargo, a private van service, to facilitate transportation to and from Baldwin.
